By accessing or using IvyArc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IvyArc (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa (2017/295627/07), based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

2. No Betting Advice or Gambling Endorsement

Important Disclaimer: IvyArc is a data analytics platform that provides horse racing information for educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide betting advice, tips, or recommendations. We do not endorse or encourage gambling.

All analytical tools are designed to surface patterns in publicly available racing data for the benefit of racing enthusiasts and form students. Any use of this information for betting purposes is at your own risk and discretion. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content without our written permission
  • Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activity
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform or circumvent security measures
  • Misrepresent the nature of the data or suggest we endorse gambling

4. Free Membership

Membership is completely free. A free account allows you to access enhanced features, participate in community discussions, receive private communications, and manage parental controls or safety preferences. We do not charge for any tier of membership.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by IvyArc (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without our express written consent. Racing data is sourced from publicly available information and remains the property of its respective rights holders.

IvyArc provides data "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. In no event shall IvyArc (Pty) Ltd be liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email for registered users.
