Unreliable veteran who sprang a surprise having dropped back down to last winning mark when scoring in 6-runner handicap chase at Worcester (2½m) in July. However, somewhat predictably struggled to back that up on the back of a 6 lb rise back over same C&D 23 days ago.

Fair maiden hurdler for Ellmarie Holden in Ireland. Yet to recapture that form for this yard and he failed to build on more promising signs displayed when fourth in a C&D handicap in July when third over this trip at Worcester latest. Still, potentially well handicapped now on pick of hurdles form.

Successful first 3 starts over fences for Harry Derham but has struggled for new yard this season, including in a visor last 3 starts, and he was losing his place prior to unseating 2 out at Stratford (23f) 10 days ago. Can only be watched at present.
