Trailblazer who has been resurgent equipped with headgear, continuing his winning sequence in claiming hurdles with an 8-length defeat of Tullyveery Lad at Roscommon last time. More on his plate to dominate a competitive handicap hurdle, though.

Overcame a shoddy round of jumping when enterprisingly ridden to open her account at Sligo, only narrowly holding on. Probably worth opposing off 5 lb higher in a better race.

Made it 3 wins from her last 4 completed starts (set to win when falling at Thurles last October) with a smooth-travelling performance under this excellent conditional at Limerick last time. She's thriving and still relatively unexposed over 3m. Hat-trick not ruled out off 9 lb higher.

Borderline fairly useful form sole French start in 2024. Clearly hasn't been the easiest to train since, but he stopped the slide when 9 lengths second in Wexford (2½m) maiden on return. Tackles 3m away from testing ground for the first time and now 7 lb lower than his opening mark.

Successful both starts in points (bred for stamina). Seemingly being brought along steadily under Rules, shaping as if better for the run on first crack at this sort of trip at Sligo (3¼m) 3 weeks ago. Cheekpieces now added to the mix and one to note if the market speaks in his favour.

Lightly-raced 4-y-o proved a different model than in bumpers when successful on hurdling debut at Kilbeggan in May. That form was subsequently franked but he found life tougher in a course novice on Monday. Longer trip will need to bring about significant improvement now switched to a handicap.

Ran up to his best to win over fences/place over hurdles at Tramore in the second half of last year. Best effort of this season when 9 lengths second to Rocky's Howya in Roscommon claimer last time. Each-way claims returning to handicap company off a slipping mark.

Three-time winner for Declan Queally. Ran his best race for a while over hurdles when beaten just under 9¼ lengths at Wexford in mid-May. Moved through the race well on that occasion and is weighted to go close on just his fourth start for a capable yard.

Made a winning start for Gavin Cromwell in 2½m Punchestown maiden last October. Hasn't convinced as a chaser this season. Will need to improve for the return to hurdling/3m.

Promising third at Wincanton over a similar trip on handicap debut for Ben Brookhouse in October 2024. Encouraging start for Willie Mullins when 3¼ lengths fourth at Downpatrick (2¾m) on return from 15 months off. Very lightly raced for his age and has claims if building on that.

Veteran arrives following a couple of in-frame finishes in points. Plenty to prove making first start under Rules for nearly 2 years. RESERVE.

Hit-and-miss performer. Split a couple of thriving rivals when runner-up at Hexham on final start for Susan Corbett in early-June. Subsequently changed hands for £19,000. Probably vulnerable off 2 lb higher, even if on another going day in a change of headgear.

Relatively lightly-raced 6-y-o. Struggled off higher marks since recording a second handicap success at Tipperary last summer. Handicapper has been slow to relent and first-time blinkers/return to 3m will need to spark improvement.

Fair bumper winner. Step up in trip/cheekpieces failed to bring about required improvement when well held on second start in a handicap at Clonmel in mid-April. She's gone well fresh/under this rider previously, but others look better handicapped.

Strong-travelling sort who looked set to go close off this mark when falling at Killarney in May. Back on song when 3¾ lengths fifth at the same course (23f) last time (would have finished closer barring late error). Makes appeal in a race that should be run to suit.

Runner-up in a strong course handicap (2¾m) 12 months ago before landing the odds in a Downpatrick maiden (2¼m). Had looked in similar form this season prior to a forgivable effort at Cartmel (17f). Cheekpieces retained and well worth a go over this sort of test (former point winner).

Long way below his best on final start of 2024/25 season. Subsequently left Willie Mullins and was well beaten on reappearance/stable debut at Sligo (17f). Hard to be confident of a revival now tried over significantly further.
