Landed this corresponding race last year and resumed winning ways at Southwell (1¾m) in April. Has largely struggled since but back on song with a couple of third-placed efforts in recent weeks. One to consider from this much-reduced mark.

Remains a maiden but ran best race under more testing conditions than usual when second of 6 over C&D (soft) 8 days ago. Every chance of going one better under the same rider.

Still a maiden but again saw the trip out well when fourth of 13 in handicap at Windsor (11.4f, good to soft) last month. May benefit from being ridden more prominently now and could take another step forward.

Gained a first win at Wolverhampton in April but having had a breathing operation, was never going to see things out having been even keener than usual back from 3 months off at same course in late-July. Handicapper drops him 1 lb and usual hood is discarded.

Hasn't won since his juvenile days and little to shout about over hurdles for new connections this season, most recently after a second breathing operation. Did go close from this mark when last seen on the level for Tim Easterby last October but hard to have much confidence.

Gained a first win at Pontefract in July and runner-up twice at odds on his next 2 starts. Threw in a modest display despite getting an easy time of things in front at Carlisle (11f, good to firm) last month so needs to prove that was just a blip.

Long-standing maiden but did shape better than the distance beaten suggested when fifth of 10 at Ayr (13f, soft) 10 days ago, still going best when on the shoulder of the leader around 2f out but not able to sustain his effort. Could be worth chancing dropped slightly back in trip.

Winless from 10 starts but turned in best effort of the season returned to the scene of her best 2-y-o run when fifth of 10 at Beverley (8.5f, good) 12 days ago. Significantly back up in trip.

Tailed off in 3 Dundalk maidens last winter. Makes handicap debut upped markedly in trip and worth a second look in the betting for her top yard.
