Quirky sort who is a fair maiden on Flat. Best effort over hurdles when third in a Kilbeggan maiden in July. Ran up to his best when beaten 5 lengths on the level at Dundalk last time. Could go close reverted to hurdling in first-time cheekpieces (previously responded to blinkers).

Shaped with promise when fourth in Ballinrobe bumper in May. Similar story when 8½-length third on return/hurdling debut at Kilbeggan latest, coming from further back than the pair that beat him. Sets the standard and open to improvement.

Free Eagle filly. Half-sister to fairly useful hurdler Turndlightsdownlow, stays 25f, and modest hurdler Tommies Call. Dam (c128/h151) 2m-3m hurdle/chase winner, also 1¾m-2½m winner on Flat. Yard has had success with this family, though tend to campaign their younger horses for the longer term.

Well held both starts to date and will be better off in handicaps.

Dam half-sister to fairly useful hurdler (stayed 25f) Abbreviate. Only fair form in 1¼m events on the Flat for Jamie Osborne this year. Likely a longer-term project over hurdles for new yard.

Well below his best on the Flat this season. Did show more than on hurdles bow when fifth in big-field Limerick maiden in May. Would need to build on that to trouble the judge back hurdling, though.

Attracted support when green/well held in a Leopardstown bumper on debut for Eoin Griffin in March. Offered only a little encouragement on hurdling debut at Kilbeggan latest. Direct Approach looks stable's leading hope.

Borderline fairly useful over 1m at his best on the Flat. Now sent hurdling having failed to fire this season. At least worth a second look in an ordinary event.

Maxios filly. Dam, lightly raced in bumpers/over hurdles, sister to top-class hurdler around 2m Darlan. Wears hood. Makes some appeal on paper and worth noting for each-way support, in what hardly looks a deep maiden.

Shaped with more encouragement than in a bumper when beaten 21 lengths on hurdling debut at Wexford (2½m) in late-July, not given anything like a hard time (125/1). Will do better at some stage for Gordon Elliott, probably in handicaps.

Sumbal gelding. Dam unraced. Yard can ready one first time up, but this doesn't look an obvious type on paper.

Bred to stay well and merely looks to be marking time in maidens before tackling handicaps/longer trips.

Third sole start in points. Ran too badly to be true when well backed (5/4) in a Wexford bumper for Ian John McCarthy in May. Needs another market check sent hurdling by capable new yard.
