Lightly raced for his age. Had been knocking on the door and didn't need to improve to get off the mark at Wexford (2½m), keeping on gamely having been well positioned. A double may just prove beyond him off 4 lb higher.

Longish odds all 3 maiden starts, finishing 24 lengths third of 12 at Wexford (17f, good, 40/1) latest. Remains with the potential to do better now switched to a handicap/longer trip by top yard.

Low-mileage 6-y-o. Much tighter in the betting when leaving previous efforts behind at Downpatrick (2¾m) on final start for Sean McParlan, finishing 16 lengths third. Interesting if capable new yard has him ready to roll following 4 months off.

Maiden has finished runner-up 3 times in handicap and wasted no time in getting back to form when 3½-length fourth at Kilbeggan (19f), Solid chance at the weights with good-value claimer back aboard.

Consistent for one at this level. Only 2 lb higher than when successful at Wexford in May and didn't get the chance to show what he could do in first-time blinkers at Bellewstown (2½m) last time (rider exited in bizarre circumstances at the first).

Encouraging that he arrives on the back of consecutive good efforts (typically inconsistent). Travelled smoothly to finish as close as he has when 1-length third behind Pure Logic at Killarney (2½m). Weighted to reverse that form and be firmly in the mix, provided he's in the same mood here.

Got back on track in first-time cheekpieces when winning 3m handicap hurdle at Cork in May (form reads well). Clearly wasn't 100% at Wexford later that month and could resume winning ways if back on song. RESERVE

Maiden who's run creditably in 3 of her 4 handicap starts this summer, latterly 8¾ lengths fourth of 9 at Tramore. A 1 lb reprieve may not be enough, though.

Looked to be coming back into form when 3 lengths third at Wexford in August. Hold-up tactics counted against him when disappointing over fences subsequently. Could be worth another chance back hurdling off his much-reduced mark.

Maiden pointer. Tongue strap on and showed a bit more when well-held sixth of 16 on qualifying run at Killarney (2m, good to soft). Could do better back up in trip for handicap bow.

Stepped up on his handicap debut/reappearance when 7¾-length third in big-field Cork handicap (17f) last time. Still early days and could be more competitive back over a more suitable trip.

Going through the motions at present. Unable to sustain his effort when beaten 14 lengths in change of headgear at Bellewstown (17f, good), a mixed round of jumping hardly helping his cause.

Attracted support when runner-up at Naas in March. Back to form when 11¼ lengths fourth of 15 in handicap hurdle at Sligo (2¼m) in early-May, when probably sent for home too soon. Weighted to go well on return from 5 months away.

Caused a 40/1 surprise at Ballinrobe in spring 2024. Ran his best race since when beaten 17 lengths at Galway (2¾m, 66/1, soft). Daniel King rides again and not taken lightly off much-reduced mark.

Fair cross-country chaser who looked very rusty on return in a handicap chase at Ballinrobe (23f, good) 8 days ago. Entitled to still need this rare hurdle start.

Well held at long odds 3 maiden starts (hinted at ability). Reasonable to think he can do better in first-time tongue strap on handicap debut/return, for all the handicapper hasn't taken any chances with his opening mark. RESERVE

Showed some ability remained on third run back from an absence at Wexford (17f) last time, finishing 7¼ lengths fifth of 12. On handy mark if building on that, with step back up in trip likely to benefit.
