Gained reward for good-placed efforts at Glorious Goodwood and the York Ebor Festival when landing a 3-y-o only handicap at the Doncaster St Leger meeting (1¼m, good) under Ryan Moore 16 days ago. Little more needed under a 4-lb penalty.

Shaped very well when fourth (clear on his side) in this race last year. Returned to win a C&D handicap in May and good sixth of 28 in Hunt Cup at Royal Ascot (1m, good to firm) next time. Rare below-par run at York last month but very much the type to bounce back over a C&D which evidently suits.

Three 1m handicap wins this year, including here and a strong event on the July Course. Shaped as if still in good form (set plenty to do) when seventh of 19 in 1m handicap at York (good to soft) last month. One who could go well at likely bigger odds.

Gained reward for some excellent placed efforts in top handicaps when bagging a valuable prize at Sandown (1m, good to firm) in July. Disappointed in the Golden Mile at Glorious Goodwood since but he's not the type to stay down for long.

Gained a third victory of the season in 1m July Course handicap (good to firm) in June. Matched that form when third of 11 to Hickory at Ascot (1m, good to firm) in July but disappointed back at Ascot 3 weeks ago. Bounce back needed.

Smart winner at Royal Ascot in 2024. Had a disappointing 2025 but right back on song when resuming winning ways at Newbury (1¼m) in May. Bettered that when second of 22 to Raammee in John Smith's Cup at York in July. Respectable fifth in French Group 3 since.

Won his first 4 handicaps in the spring and has got back on the up since tackling 1¼m, finishing a close third to Bourbon Blues at Doncaster before seeing off 10 rivals with a bit to spare at Ayr (soft) last week. Respected under a 4-lb penalty.

Useful sort who has yet to win a handicap but has gone close in competitive races over 1¼m on good to soft/soft at Sandown on his last 2 outings. Won't need to pull out much more for first-time cheekpieces.

Made the frame at Glorious Goodwood and York's Ebor Festival before gaining the third success of a productive first campaign with this stable at Chester (10.3f, good to soft) 14 days ago. Carries a 4-lb penalty.

Ended light 2025 campaign with victory at Newcastle (7f) in October for Andrew Balding. Has matched that form for current yard this season without winning, including third of 14 at York (1m, soft) last month.

Winner of 1m Southwell maiden and 1¼m Doncaster novice in early summer. Creditable efforts in defeat since. Raced keenly again, despite the addition of a hood, when third in 1¼m Group 3 at Windsor 19 days ago but possible this big-field scenario on a straight course will help him settle.

Just one win to his name and only ninth of 20 at York (10.3f, good to soft) 35 days ago, having to pick way through after another slow start. Others are preferred.

Has progressed into a smart handicapper this year, notably headed only late on when second in 14-runner Coral Challenge at Sandown (1m, good to firm) in July. Might have just needed it after 2 months off when fifth of 13 at Ascot (1m, good) 3 weeks ago and that should have put him spot on for this.

Second success of 2026 when landing a 9f handicap at Glorious Goodwood (good to firm) in August. Found a Windsor Group 3 too much since but should be a lot more competitive back in a handicap.

Won 7f maiden and 1m novice on all-weather at Kempton late in 2025 and has shown better form in defeat in some good handicaps this year, finishing third of 13 over 1m at Ascot (good) 22 days ago.

Winner at Nottingham in May and got his head back in front on the July Course here (good to firm) last month. Creditable in-frame efforts twice since but doesn't obviously have much in hand of his mark.
